Our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. A valid proof of purchase will also be required. Please note that all returns should be sent to the following address: 3rd Samina Height, Main boulevard road, Mini Commercial ext 2, Phase 7, Bahria Town Islamabad. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please be aware that unnotified returns will not be accepted.
